Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, no fee will be charged if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, or non-attendance (no-show), will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
