Live Music meditation sessions are a treat for the soul!
A way for you to relax, wind down and give yourself space to deeply feel welcomed and at ease as you are.
We begin with a short intake and cup of tea. A chance to share how you are doing, to settle in, make yourself comfortable and at home. I create a session in tune with you in the moment. Using beautiful healing sounds with a combination of various instruments such as piano, handpan, cosmic bow and voice. Soothing and supporting your relaxation and self care.
Duration: 1 hour (includes tea, meditation music)
Price: €60,00 (welcome to bring up to 6 friends @ €10 per persoon extra)
