We begin with a short intake and a cup of tea. A chance to share how you are doing and any areas of focus you may have for the session. Based on that information I create a session in tune with your needs at that moment.
Near the end, I'll give you some time alone to rest, to integrate and gentle prepare yourself to continue your day.
If you prefer it's possible for me to come to your home or office.
